Neil Maxwell – Executive Director Counsel
Neil has been involved in cricket for many years, not only playing for New South Wales, Victoria and Australia ‘A’ but also working for Cricket NSW, the Melbourne Cricket Club and New Zealand Cricket in administration and marketing roles. Using his cricket expertise, Neil joined fellow cricketer Shane Lee to establish Sporting Frontiers India and Sporting Frontiers Cricket an international sports marketing group. After successful launches the pair went out on their own, co-founding Insite Organisation.
Outside of work, Neil loves cricket (watching and playing) and spending time with his family. He lives by JFK’s philosophy “Some say, Why? I like to say, Why not?” On a long haul flight he would like to sit next to Jesus and Nelson Mandela.
Charles Hoatson – Executive Director Media & Communications
With more than 30 years experience in the advertising and marketing industries, Charles' strengths lie in business development and media strategies. He is a former partner of the Synthesis Group, a leading brand-marketing consultancy, and a former principal of Horizontal Marketing.
Charles has been with Insite since Day 1, and he lives by the philosophy ‘Don’t promise the world and deliver an atlas!’ If he was flying to the UK, he would most like to sit next to Makybe Diva!
